I don’t know if you remember me. We meet a couple weeks ago when you were holding an Open House at the home next door. I enjoyed visiting with you a great deal and I wanted to send you a brief email.
I understand that Congratulations are in order. I was Trick-or-treating with the kids on Halloween and a realtor who lives down the street mentioned that you have #6 under contract and that it should be closing soon.
You are a perfect example of why a seller needs a true professional. Lot 6 was for sale for the better part of the past three years if not longer. Unfortunately the sellers tried to go with a couple of the discount “Sell by self” type organizations during some of the better selling months.
